Having a designer such as myself will end up saving you time, stress & money in the long run. I will be there to guide you in the right direction of what materials not only function the best, but also look the best with the other elements going on in your space. If you’d like, I can meet you in the showrooms to help you make your selections, or take the lead by eliminating all of the extra choices (which can be overwhelming for some clients!) and go straight to showing you the materials I would propose. Wallpaper has made it’s come back, and it’s hitting the design world HARD! The options are truly unlimited when it comes to all of the possibilities with wallpaper. Let’s add a pop of color in your powder bath, or some fun texture on your entryway wall. I’ll bring samples to your home and help you make the right selection- because this is a commitment you definitely don’t want to get wrong! I can recommend a highly skilled wallpaper installation crew who will handle all of the hard work for you, so all you have to do is come home and say “wow” once it’s finished.

With all of the critical elements such as size, shape, placement, installation height, finish, style, bulb tint, etc., it can be overwhelming to figure it all out yourself. I'm here to take that pressure away and decide all of this for you. We'll work together to find exactly the right light fixtures for your space!

Blinds are a necessity in most all homes and commercial spaces. I am here to help you make this process smooth, quick and easy for you. I primarily work with using Hunter Douglas blinds, which offers a wide variety of blind styles, materials, and functionalities that will certainly check off all of your boxes. However, depending on your budget, we can also certainly look at other brand alternatives. After discussing my recommendations for you, I can provide you with a free pricing estimate based on your window sizes and the blinds you’d like to go with. Then I will have my partnering installer do a professional measure, make adjustments to the quote based on the specific dimensions, and perform the install. It’s that easy!

Drapery is often the finishing touch of a space to bring softness, color, and texture together, all in one. I am well versed in this area of design and confident that my clients will absolutely love their new draperies! I work alongside a highly skilled team of drapery fabricators who have been hand crafting beautiful draperies for over 20 years. If you can dream it- they can make it! They will measure, create and install your draperies to your liking. With thousands of fabric choices out there, I will make it easy for you by assisting you in finding the right drapery pattern and color for your space. We will talk through all of the possible options such as pleating style, rod color, finials, room darkening features, functionality, and so on. If there’s one design tip I can give you, it’s “Don’t skip the draperies!”.

If you need assistance with decluttering and organizing your home- you're not the only one! I will come out to your home to help you with finding a proper place for each and every item. I offer organization for your kitchen, pantry, closet, office, garage and everything in between. I can also source storage containers for you and organize things within them. Having good organization and less clutter is an instant mood enhancer!

If you're in need of construction documents for your home or building, I'm your gal! Just give me a list of your needs (room dimensions, elevations, etc) and I will make this process short, simple & sweet for you. I can provide you with professional construction documents printed on D sized paper (22" x 34") and laminated.

Floor plans are my forte!
Sometimes it can be hard for clients to visualize what their space can become- so I offer assistance by creating multiple 2D and/or 3D renderings of your space, and will happily propose the recommended furniture pieces to go in it too!
